Antique ornate Georgian 18k gold and black enamel mourning hair ring. This ring has a repoussé gold shank and a black enamel cartouche surrounding a woven mourning hair panel covered in a small glass window as the focal point. This ring reads “In Memory Of” in gold lettering surrounded by black enamel. This ring is a classic mourning piece that has been worn and cherished in it’s life and has an antique repair to it’s shank. A strengthening band of gold has been attached to the interior to support the original ring that had worn thin.
